Art with Kids - All Browns

The bright, fresh colors of a brand new set of watercolors is a luxury with kids.  I just love watching my boy mix colors and experiment with how the paints work.  Being able to encourage him in getting messy it wonderful.

In the end, it makes a humorous tray of mostly-brown paints :)  I love it!  At least in my watercolor pallet, the best colors come out of the mixed colors.  I had a professor in college challenge me to use colors I don't know the names of, and that advice has changed the way I look at colors.
